Q: What time is check-in?

A: Check-in starts at 5:00 pm.

Q: What if I am arriving late?

A: The Manager's office located at 587 Old Mammoth Road is staffed daily from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. If you plan on arriving after hours, contact us by telephone during office hours to make arrangements for an after-hours check-in. We can be reached at 1-800-423-2388.

Q: Are your homes pet-friendly?

A: Although Horizons 4 Condominiums does not allow pets, we do have some homeowners that will allow pets. Please check that the home you are interested in is pet-friendly by visiting our Vacation Rentals section or contact the office directly. An additional pet deposit will be required.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in town at the corner of Meridian Boulevard and Azimuth. We are within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and Mammoth Creek and meadow. In the summer, we are one block from the trolley route, which provides access to various attractions throughout the Mammoth area. During winter, we are located directly on the shuttle system route. Please refer to our Driving Directions section for more details on finding your way to Horizons 4 Condominiums.

Q: What time is check-out?

A: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Tenant must cancel at least 61 days before the Commencement Date to receive a full refund of Tenant's advance Rent deposit (less the cancellation fee of $75). Cancellations within 60 days, but not less than 60 days, of the Commencement Date are subject to forfeiture of Tenant's advance Rent deposit. Tenant shall not have the right to cancel this Agreement less than 60 days prior to the Commencement Date. Deposit forfeiture and charges for cancellations with less than 60 days notice can be reduced if Agent is able to rent the Premises to another party, but only to the extent that the amount paid by Tenant plus the amount Agent collects by re-renting the Premises exceeds the total amount owing by Tenant. Agent is under no obligation whatsoever to promote the re-rental of the Premises.

Q: Is your parking covered?

A: No, however our snow removal service occurs frequently during winter in an attempt to keep our parking lots and walkways accessible.

Q: Do you have Wi-Fi?

A: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in all the units and is also accessible in the Recreation Building, pool area, BBQ and picnic area. It is a true Wi-Fi system and is provided by the property owners for residents and guests.

Q: Is your swimming pool heated?

A: Yes, our swimming is heated in the summer only from Memorial Day weekend thru the Labor Day holiday.
